BOX PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS
Photography sessions are non-refundable. Due to the extensive setup process, we are unable to reschedule sessions due to conflicts, illness or late arrivals. Upon booking a session, no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed.
In the unlikely event that Babes in a Box, LLC is unable to perform the session due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of Babes in a Box, LLC, the company will make every effort to secure a replacement.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Digital goods delivered via Internet download are non-refundable.

If you encounter a situation below with one of our digital products, we will work to resolve the matter so you can fully enjoy your purchase:

-Product Not Delivered
-Issue with Product Download
-Software Defects

In order to be addressed, all issues with digital products must be received by Babes in a Box, LLC via email within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons that our Digital Product was not as described. To avoid these claims, we encourage all customers to carefully read our marketing, descriptions and representation of the digital product(s) before purchase.
